Reflections of an Old City

Reflections of an Old City

These are fragments from my daily walks through the old city: for years I wanted to see it free of cars and reflective surfaces that break the continuity of its shapes. In this series I stopped fighting them: car bodies, shop windows and glass panes become moving elements that both disturb and tune the image, until I arrive at some idea of harmony. These photographs are born more from sudden intuitions than from patient reasoning.
